THE APARTMENT.New waterfront selfcontained 7sq Luxury Apartment, is of modern design and stunning decor with open living at ground level.Offers a romantic location ideal for couples ;the bedroom has a Queen size bed,also there is a single bed facility privatly located.The living area looks out onto a private courtyard garden with waterfront views.It is complemented with a stylish Nattuzzi leather lounge suite for you to sink into and enjoy all the comforts provided.The kitchen is well appointed with all appliances and fully equipped;a reverse cycle airconditioner controls temperature. The large bathroom is fitted out superbly;with a large shower,stylish pedistal basin and spa bath.Separate equipped laundry provided.
Over looking the tranquil waters of Westernport bay.It is well positioned just a short walk along the waters edge to the San Remo jetty,cafes,restaurants and retail area.Every morning at 11.30am watch the pelicans being fed at the jetty or view the fishing boats.
San Remo is situated on a peninsula and is the gateway to Phillip Island where the bridge connects it to the mainland. Surrounded by water, with a back beach and town beach.A short drive will take you to the pristine beachs of Phillip Island and attractions of Cowes, Seal Rocks,Nobbies,Penguin Parade, Race Track,Golf Course,Koala Park and Wildlife Park, are all only 10mins drive away.
