About this property

Our Penthouse Condo is located in The Ocean Creek complex on the 15th floor on the South East corner of Tower South. This location provides a spectacular unobstructed view of the Grand Strand coastline from ENE to the SW.

The unit has a wet bar and separate balcony off of the master bed room for eating and private sun bathing. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and there are twins in the second bedroom. There is a 42 inch TV in the living room and a 32 inch TV in master bed room, both with a DVD/VCR. The TV is cable with some 70-80 channels. The washer and dryer are full-size. The unit was fully carpeted in December 2015 and new patio furniture.
There is a storage locker in the Tower South pool area for our customers to use. There are beach chairs and many beach toys in the locker. There is a heated indoor-outdoor pool and hot tub in the building for Tower South tenants. Ocean Creek is a 57 acre gated complex for your security. Barefoot Landing is just across the highway with 12 restaurants and an abundance of shopping. The Alabama Theater and House of Blues are also located in Barefoot Landing along with four championship golf courses.

Little Piece of Paradise

This property had great views, front balcony and large spacious roof top deck! The Condo itself was very well equipped, clean and inviting. Definitely Enjoyed Our week, and are already hoping to return in the near future! Owners responded quickly to any questions!

Beachfront Dream

We LOVED this place! What drew us in was the amazing view and inlet water way that fills up with high tide. Bob was helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. We already can't wait to stay next year!

Wonderful condo with great views of the water & beach

We stayed here the last week of June. All the rooms were clean and well maintained. The views of the beach and water were amazing. There are tall, easy to use curtains on all of the windows which blocked out most of the sun especially in the morning when people wanted to sleep in. The owner, Bob, was very helpful in quickly fixing an issue with the sliding door. There is a side patio that is unique to this unit. Although too hot to use mid-day, it was perfect for the evenings and to watch the fireworks at Barefoot Landing on monday nights. We would definitely stay here again!

Bob Is retired Air force and we live in Myrtle Beach about 1 mile from Ocean Creek. We rent the unit ourselves and also manage all aspects of the unit. We pick and choose our renters and continually upgrade the unit. For 2017 new sofa, new King size bed in MBR, and 42 inch TV in the living room. New in 2013 a 36 inch TV in Master Bed Room. New carpet and patio furniture in December 2015.

Why they chose this property

We have owned this unit since the building was built in 1984. We live close by and inspect the property weekly to ensure it is clean and every thing is in operating condition.

What makes this property unique

The view is spectacular. The unit is on the 15th floor and the ceilings are nine feet which makes the unit seem larger that similar units in the building. Being on the top floor and at the end of the building the unit is much quieter because you do not have noise from the unit above.
