Sleeps 7, bedding consists of 1 queen, 1 double, 1 Tri bunk. Air conditioned 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property new to our holiday rental market. large outdoor entertainment area, cottage gardens around the back yard. Room for a Boat, fish cleaning area BYO linen. No Pets
