This tastefully decorated and breezy property has a lagoon and boat landing in the rear garden and the ocean beach right at the front door. It contains 4 bedrooms with two queen beds, two sets of bunks as well as two single beds. The house can easily accommodate two families. The house is well furnished and equipped providing relaxed accomodation and space for each guest. There is a protected private rear garden overlooking the lagoon which is ideal for relaxation and recreation.
The Ocean Beach photograph was taken from the master bedroom upstairs with views across to Box Head and Lobster Beach. The photo of the row boat was taken from the back lawn. You cannot find a better location - all just 1 hour north of Sydney.
Just 1 hour north of Sydney on the F3, this house is located near Umina in a private area at the southern end of Ocean Beach just minutes from Pearl Beach. Great if you want a family holiday but still close enough to Sydney. In front is a beautiful quiet beach in all but the worst conditions and for the surfers the swell increases as you stroll up toward Umina and Ettalong.
Beach activities, lagoon rowing boat, fishing, swimming, surfing, walking, bike riding, movies, dining, golf and sleeping. There is so much to do and just not enough time.
