One street back from beach between the two surf beaches. Easy walks to First Surf (3 mins) and safer Bay Beach (10mins). Both have lifesaving clubs and are patrolled on weekends late November to Easter. Then there's Second Surf 10 mins walk west. Great for surfers and body boards. Beautiful secluded sunsets. Lovely coastal walks.
Less than 2 mins stroll to cafe/shop and tavern.
Gym for those who don't want to miss their weekly session.
North facing securely fenced covered rear deck with patio bbq, table and chairs, sandpit off deck with toys.

Gas heater for cold weather, well insulated and stays cool in summer. Has fans but no airconditoner.

Bring your own linen and towels and leave the place as you find it for a very affordable break in a great location. We supply pillows, doonas, tea towels, hand towels and shower mats. Full kitchen with dishwasher and complete laundry facilities. All cleaning equipment and eco friendly detergents supplied.
Cape has that relaxed, no rush feel, even in the busy times. Don't tell too many people though.

Swimming - patrolled beaches over summer.
Surfing - good spots at Cape on west and east winds.
Fishing - great surf/beach fishing as well as boat ramp.
Snorkelling - great off the local beaches and Bunurong Marine Park.
Cycling - the Bunurong Coastal Road is one of the most spectacular rides in Gippsland. The Bass Coast Rail Trail runs from Wonthaggi to Anderson roundabout via Kilcunda. Take the dedicated bike lane from Cape to Wonthaggi 8 km then 17 km on the rail trail over the trestle bridge to Killy and the great Cafe and Pub. Other rail trails close by in Gippsland. The South Gippsland ride is splendid.
Bushwalking - great tracks all year around. Cape foreshore bush tracks out the front door. Walk or run. Beach walk to Harmers Haven and the Wonthaggi heathlands.
Close to many natural and man made attractions by car.
5 mins to Bunurong Marine Park and Eagles Nest.
10 mins to RACV Resort Inverloch and Inverloch Surf Beach. 15 mins to Inverloch township, cafe's hotel and restaurants.
30 mins to Phillip Island with all the attractions it has. Penguins, Phillip Island Nature Parks, Koala Reserve, Churchill Island, Woolamai Beach, The Nobbies, Cowes foreshore, tranquil Rhyll village and much more.
30 mins to Tarwin Lower, Tarwin River and Venus Bay. 45 mins to Cape Liptrap and Walkerville. Absolutely beautiful with majestic views of the Prom.
45 mins to Foster, 1hr to Wiilsons Promontory National Park.
30 minutes to Leongatha and South Gippsland Wine Trail.
