As part of the Broadwater Executive Villa resort you will enjoy a casual, modern and contemporary furnished holiday villa with three bedrooms (1 x king and 2 x twin), a large lounge and dining area leading directly to your own private courtyard with BBQ facilities, adjacent to the complexes tennis court, indoor pool and spa.

Villa Busselton also offers a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer or own separate outside clothes line purpose courtyard. Reverse cycle airconditioning and gas heating.

The private gardened courtyard has a new gas barbecue and outside dining table (seats six) which is perfect for relaxing or dining alfresco style under the stars.

As part of a gated security complex, you also have access to a single lockup garage and a adjoining single car space.

Busselton Villa location is ideal as you can leave the car behind as it is less than 100 meters to the beach, a children's playground, bike path and bush walking track. A fully licensed bar and restaurant offering a relaxed family friendly menu and environment is also only moments away.
