Nestled amongst the magical Moonah trees in a quiet street between the bay and back beach, this is an ideal getaway for families. Featuring a large sun filled deck with an outdoor setting and BBQ, this is perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a long day at the beach. Open plan living area includes a cosy lounge with TV/DVD and open fireplace, separate dining area with extendable table for entertaining and a recently renovated kitchen with modern appliances. Three bedrooms, including two with queen size beds, and a kids room with two sets of bunks. The lounge also has a double sofa bed for extra guests so the home can sleep up to 10. The home also features a newly renovated bathroom, two toilets and a laundry. The property is fully fenced and gated.

Location

The “Koonya Beach House” is located half way between the front and back beaches making it an easy stroll to the beach of your choice. The back beaches of the peninsula offer great surf breaks, fabulous snorkelling, coastal walks, sand dunes and rock pools. The front beach and the famous Blairgowrie shopping precinct are also within easy walking distance offering great coffee and fantastic local and gourmet food.
