Elouera

Elouera is an architect designed home featuring 3 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom, two open planned living areas, and an eclectic mix of furniture and art sourced from all over the world. The entry and internal doors are beautiful antiques from India.

Aboriginal for "a pleasant place, a good camping site by the sea", Elouera is just this. Nestled in native bush with glimpses to the sea and only a few minutes walk to Greenfields Beach. A stroll along White Sands Walk through National Park will take you to Hyams Beach (said to have the whitest sand in the world).

Living and Dining

The house is light and airy, with doors opening from every room onto expansive decks and garden terraces.
In winter enjoy the convenience and atmosphere of the Jet Master gas fireplace. This is a house for all seasons.

Golf Addicts:A nine-hole Vincentia golf course is a 2 minute drive away at the top of the hill. Within an hours drive you can play any number of superb golf course with sea or river views (Gerroa, Nowra) or accompanied by kangaroos(Sanctuary Point). At Elouera you are spoilt for choice in dining settings. Light the BBQ, cook up a feast on the huge smeg oven or eat out.

Everything you need is available at the Vincentia shops -supermarket, gourmet butcher, deli, fish shop and video store are all close by.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms have been set up with comfort and privacy in mind. Surround yourself with soft pillows and fresh linen.

The main bedroom upstairs, set away from the living area, opens on to the verandah. picture windows make you feel as if you are in the tree tops.

It has a huge ensuite with a two person bath, perfect for relaxing in after a day at the beach. Soaps and bubble bath provided.

Downstairs the two bedrooms are separated by a second living room giving you the feel of your own private resort. Both bedrooms open on to a garden terrace with leafy views to the shimmering waters of Jervis Bay.
