This property is a luxury three bedroom duplex located in Anna Bay with stunning ocean views.
On entry level you will find second and third bedrooms with built-in-robes. One room has a queen bed and the other has two single beds. Both with air conditioning and views over reserve and ocean.
Also on this floor you will find main bathroom with shower over bath and toilet, internal laundry with washing machine & dryer and a small courtyard with a view of the reserve that has a play ground where the children can play.
On the first floor you will find an open plan living area, dining and fully equipped kitchen. The living area has LED TV & DVD, a comfordable modula lounge + chaiss and views of the ocean.
The main bedroom, has a queen bed is located on this level and has an ensuite.
This bedroom and the living area both have access to the balcony which has a webber BBQ and an outdoor setting for the family afternoon BBQ's.
Between June and September, this property is in prime position for watching the whale migration.
See humpback whales breaching from the comfort of the lounge or main bedroom.
Go fishing or walk the bike path a couple of minutes to beautiful Birubi Beach for surfing and swimming. Anna Bay shops, restaurants and facilities are a 10 minute walk away.
