Summersalt

"Summersalt" is a delightful holiday retreat located in a quiet cul de sac and only 100 m from the golden sand of Culburra Beach.

Summersalt has a lovely holiday feel and has recently been refurbished.

It has an open plan lounge and kitchen area with sliding glass doors leading out to the timber decking and beautiful private garden.

The fully fenced backyard is lovely and green, great for kids and pets and the timber decking is a perfect place to relax on while listening to the sound of the ocean.

It's decked out with sun lounges, a large table with 8 chairs and a 4 burner gas BBQ.

The house has it all and it's perfectly laid out all on one level with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Can sleep up to 9 people.

2 bedrooms with queen size beds and one has en ensuite, one bedroom has a sofa bed with a comfortable double size mattress plus an extra single bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds.

There's also a portable baby cot and high chair for the little ones.

The room with the sofa bed has its own bathroom and TV. It can also be used as a rumpus room as it has a soccer table, dvd and nintendo games. To reduce any noice level, the room has sliding glass doors separating it from the lounge room.

For your comfort there are 3 reversible air conditioning units to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

The fireplace near the lounge is wonderful for cosy winter evenings.

Location

Culburra Beach is a picturesque 2.5 hour drive from Sydney CBD and approx 3 hours from Canberra.

Culburra Beach has remained non-comercial and it's the perfect place to relax and unwind, but also offer you a variety of activities to everyones needs.

Local Attractions and Activities

Just take your towel and stroll down the road wich will take you to the beach in less than 2 minutes.
Enjoy the beach with swimming, surfing, body boarding, snorkeling, windsurfing or fishing.

Orient Point & Crookhaven are also great spots for fishing. However, if you prefer to buy rather than catch the fish, at Greenwell Point you can buy excellent seafood.

If you enjoy bushwalking, Morton & Conjola National Parks are only a short drive away.

The local shops are only 1 km away and will cater for all your needs.
