"Summersalt" is a lovely holiday retreat located in a quiet cul de sac and only 100 m from the golden sand and dog friendly Culburra Beach.
Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a very comfortable house.
Relax with a good book in a comfy deck chair on the verandah, or in winter in front of the fireplace.
The house is perfect for just one couple, for families or for larger groups up to 8 people.
It has an open plan lounge and kitchen area with sliding glass doors leading out to the timber decking and beautiful private garden.
The fully fenced backyard is lovely and green, great for kids and pets and the timber decking is a perfect place to relax while listening to the sound of the ocean.
It's decked out with sun lounges, a large table with 8 chairs and a 4 burner gas BBQ.
The house is perfectly laid out all on one level with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Can sleep up to 9 people.
2 bedrooms with queen size beds and one has en ensuite, one bedroom has a sofa bed with a comfortable double size mattress plus an extra single bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds.
There's also a portable baby cot and high chair for the little ones.
The room with the sofa bed has its own bathroom and TV and DVD player. A few inhouse movies are provided.
For the more active ones there is a soccer table and table tennis.
The fireplace near the lounge is wonderful for cosy winter evenings.
There are 3 reversible air conditioning units to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.
Location
Culburra Beach is a picturesque 2.5 hour drive from Sydney CBD and approx 3 hours from Canberra.
Culburra Beach has remained non-comercial and it's the perfect place to relax and unwind, but also offer you a variety of activities to everyones needs.
Local Attractions and Activities
Just take your towel and stroll down the road wich will take you to the beach in less than 2 minutes.
Enjoy the beach with swimming, surfing, body boarding, snorkeling, windsurfing or fishing.
Orient Point & Crookhaven are also great spots for fishing. However, if you prefer to buy rather than catch the fish, at Greenwell Point you can buy excellent seafood.
If you enjoy bushwalking, Morton & Conjola National Parks are only a short drive away.
The local shops are only 1 km away and will cater for all your needs.
