There is an outside bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine for the bungalow users.
All beds have pillows, light/med doonas and blankets.

Kids Area - table tennis, boogie boards, trampoline, scooter,kids trike and ride on (byo helmets).
Fully fenced backyard to keep kids and dogs safe (one small section is 1.3M high, so no kelpies!).
Location
In the heart of Rosebud, only 250M from everything. From here walk across the lights, also at the bottom of the street, across the bikepath and to the glorious bayside beach.
The bus goes right past the front door and takes you as far as Portsea or Frankston.
Kids and Pets
This house was designed with kids in mind - heaps of toys to keep all the kids safely entertained whilst mum and dad kick back and enjoy a holiday.
A cot ,3 high chairs 2 buggys and a beach sun shade tent are available.
Fully fenced backyard for pets to roam about safely.
BBQ and patio heater.
The Bungalow and second bathroom mean that more than one family can holiday together without fighting over facilities. Or just put all the kids in the Bungalow whilst the adults stay inside !

What a wonderful place to bring a large family for a short break just up from the beach. Plenty of space for lounging about and loved the table tennis out the back! So affordable too. I will be recommending the house to everyone I know as the perfect weekend away.

Cosy, warm and bright cottage with all the comforts of home. The location is quiet yet within walking distance to the beach, shops and cafes of Rosebud. Lovely sunny backyard with plenty of room for the kids or dogs! Thank you to the owner for her professional and attentive service during the booking process and throughout our stay. Would recommend for a weekend getaway!

Great time away with friends for New Years. The bungalow was a great spot for friends and neighbours were lovely and understanding of noise. A 10 minute walk from the beach and plenty to do if you have kids.
Cosy and enough space for cars. Recommended for your next getaway.
