Description
This is a guest room in a fully equipped, furnished apartment on the first floor of a well maintained, security building. Foxtel, ADSL2+ internet with WiFi, use of phone with free local calls, beverages, condiments, towels and all bedding are included. There is a designated, off-street carspace. The room is cleaned in between stays.
The apartment's well appointed living room, with 42" TV, floorboards, dining and lounge suites opens out onto a leafy, east facing balcony with outdoor setting and views of the city. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a built-in wardobe. There is a fully equipped, internal laundry.
Location
The building is at 9A Cook St in Glebe Point, conveniently located 200m from Blackwattle Bay Park as well as 250m from Glebe Point cafes, restaurants and shops. There are buses along Glebe Point Road to universities, Broadway, the CBD as well as to Newtown and Coogee. A nearby tram goes to the fish markets and Darling Harbour.
Pricing and Other Information
Prices displayed in the calendar above are for one person staying two nights. The 'special' prices and those that follow are standard rates for one person:
$290 for 3 weeknights (Monday-Thursday)
$310 for 3 nights including Saturday
$410 for 5 nights including Saturday
$350/week after the first week.
For other scenarios, please enquire. Unless otherwise arranged, a 50% deposit is required to secure a booking and 10 days prior to arrival the balance is due together with a $200 security deposit. The standard check-out time is 2pm. Full terms and conditions will be emailed with quotes on enquiry.
