The garage contains the gas BBQ and outdoor setting, push bikes, surfboards, boogie boards and a table tennis table, plus more all available for use. A great feature is the outdoor shower that has hot and cold water, great for washing the sand off after a day at the beach. There is ample off street parking with room for watercraft and the rear of the property is fully fenced all this and the family pet is welcome too.
