Bring your bathers and fishing line! Ideal location for a family holiday or a business trip, located in the heart of Mandurah, only a 2 minute walk to Comet Bay Beach and a short stroll to Mandurah Foreshore, Dolphin Keys, Cinemas, Restaurants and the coffee strip.
Your family will love staying in our air-conditioned, light and breezy villa, which has bamboo flooring through-out, an open plan living area, 3 bedrooms; all with fans and wardrobes (A double bed in two of the bedrooms and 2 single beds in the other bedroom). Large shower in the bathroom, separate laundry with an 8kg family sized front loader washing machine, iron and ironing board and a separate toilet.
There is a double carport to park your cars and your children will love playing in our large, fenced off paved backyard.
In the lounge we have a TV with DVD player and a variety of DVDs to watch, an iPod player and board games to play.
In the children's room there is a smaller TV with a game console and games, that also play dvds, to keep your children entertained.
Our kitchen is fully equipped including a full sized fridge and a dishwasher. Bed linen, tea towels, some complimentary front-loader washing powder sachets and dishwasher tablets supplied.

Bond
A Security Bond of $200 is payable.
The bond will be refunded within 7 days of checkout provided the property is left in the same condition as you found it.
Check in is from 2pm.
Check out is 10am.
