This is a lovely townhouse style property located almost opposite Cowes Yacht Club with only a short stroll to Cowes front beach.
The main living is upstairs with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, the lounge has comfortable sofas, TV and DVD player as well as split system heating and cooling, a great feature of this room is the North facing deck that has views to the water you can see the tops of the yaght's sails from the deck.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric cooking a microwave and a dishwasher and there is a central dining table with seating for 6 and 2 stools at the breakfast bar.
All 3 bedrooms are downstairs with the main bedroom having an ensuite and sliding glass doors out on to the fully fenced paved garden area. There is a family bathroom and the washing machine is upstairs in the kitchen area. There is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting on the upstairs deck.
There is one undercover carspot, This is a lovely sunny home with a beachy feel located in a very sought after part of Cowes.
