LIVING AREAS:
With plenty of space for the whole family, the main lounge room positioned overlooking the canal features a large comfy leather lounge suite and wall mounted flat screen TV with Foxtel. Why not bring the outdoors in by sliding back the large glass doors to reveal the fantastic views down the length of the canal.
Whilst mum and dad can relax in the main lounge room the kids will be entertained in their own separate lounge room equipped with large flat screen TV, heaps of DVDs to watch and an XBox 360 with games. The GC Waterfront Paradise also features an office for those looking to catch up on work, along with Air Conditioning to keep you cool during those hot summer days this home is ideal for large families.

The GC Waterfront Paradise features a great floor plan with the entire upper level dedicated to the huge master suite complete with private lounge, luxurious ensuite, walk-in robe and your very own balcony to overlook the waterway below. Its the perfect place to sip Champaign and watch the sun go down!!
The 2nd ensuited bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and features views of the swimming pool. The other bedrooms can also be found on the lower level with shared bathroom and separate toilet.

The dining room features a fine timber dining table with leather chairs set adjacent to the kitchen and also makes use of the water views.
OUTDOORS:
Its the best room in the house!! With an outdoor area that wraps around the entire rear section of the home you'll have use of the very private sparkling swimming pool complete with an outdoor lounge for you to keep back on and watch the kids splash around. Dad can make use of the 4 burner BBQ and outdoor fridge to keep all the refreshments icy cold for that ultimate outdoor living experience!!
A few steps around the corner brings you onto the elevated deck overlooking the Canal below. From here you'll see the entire waterway adorned by boats and fishing vessels. With an outdoor dining table you can enjoy fine dining under the Palm trees.
You can grab one of the rods and try your luck fishing from the jetty or perhaps bring your boat as the open water is only a few hundred meters away. The kids can play safe in the fully fenced yard which makes for a very private playground.
The home also features a 2 car garage for you to use.

Shopping mecca's of Westfield Helensvale and Harbour Town Factory Outlet are only 10 minutes by car.
The sights and sounds of SURFERS PARADISE and its BEACHES is a mere 15 minutes drive from the home.
The Sanctuary Cove Village which features the marina, restaurants, shops and markets can be found 5 minutes away. Alternatively partake in a round of golf with friends or take a country drive to the nearby Mount Tambourine.
Brisbane and Coolangatta Airports are about 35 minutes away.

All our homes are professionally cleaned, with linen supplied through a professional service provider whom supply to other major hotel/resort chains.
Your home will be presented already made up prior to your arrival featuring all towelling neatly displayed and a guest starter pack consisting of soaps, shampoos, tissue paper, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, dishwashing liquid and clothes washer liquid supplied.
We can also supply Baby Cot and High Chair Packages for $70 per booking
