We are Close to all amenities. Only 20k from the Spirit of Tasmania and Devonport Airport. Old Railway Cottage is a perfect base for guests to relax and unwind. We provide a warm friendly and homely atmosphere at a budget price in a tranquil shabby chic environment. All the day trips to Cradle Mountain, Stanley, Penguin and many other places of interest are an easy drive away. We welcome pets inside or out.This quite area is ideal for them to enjoy their stay. There is a lovely Dog Beach at Ulverstone to go for walks and exercise.Any special requirments for your pet can be ordered when booking.

Our local shop is at Gawler 5 min drive from Cottage. Open 7 days a week and provides petrol ATM and Post office.
