There are four bedrooms, large open plan living and resort style indoor/outdoor area. No need for queing up for morning showers as there are 3 bathrooms (incl 1 ensuite) and outdoor shower. The house was built to passive solar principles and with the clever use of cross breezes, does not require airconditioning. The BBQ area is nestled in a courtyard style entertaining deck and the only thing that separates you from the beach is a gorgeous "lovers walk" track right at the back gate. This is a pet friendly home and most ideal for dogs that love the beach! Please take note that whilst the fencing is secure it is not suitable for small dogs. This property is set back from Bellarine Hwy and very secluded so we advise that care will need to be taken in finding the property. NB 1 king bed can be converted to 2 singles The security bond for this property is $1500. Foxtel available. Guests are required to bring their own linen and towels - doonas and pillows are provided.
