The owners of this property show a lot of love for the home and this shows in the presentation. It is perfect for a family or group of friends with floor boards, comfy furniture and a BBQ out the back in your enlcosed courtyard

Situated an easy walk to the family friendly Dutchies Beach and about a 15 minute walk to all the attractions that Nelson Bay CBD has to offer. The location is also a quiet street with plenty of room for the boat!

There is another residence at the rear of the property but this is totally seperate and won't cause any interference.
