Continental breakfast, condiments, all bedding, towels and expenses are included. The property is cleaned between stays.
The living room has a TV, DVD player, settee and a sofa bed. There is a fully equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher and an internal laundry. Upstairs, each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and vertical blinds. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a large balcony. The second bedroom has a double bunk and a study area. There is a designated, undercover carspace at the rear and an enclosed storage space above the stairs.
Location and Facilities
The property is 1km from Roselands and Lakemba shopping centres and 600m from Wiley Park Station and shops. It is 2km from the M5 motorway, with a quick trip to the airport and city, and 300m from Wiley Park, with its playgound and parklands.
Pricing and Other Information
Prices displayed in the calendar above are for two people staying two nights. The 'special' prices and those that follow are for two people, checking out by 10 July:
$470 for 3 weeknights (Monday-Thursday)
$490 for 3 nights including Saturday
$620 for 5 nights including Saturday
$450/week after the first week.
For other scenarios, please enquire. Unless otherwise arranged, a 50% deposit is required to secure a booking and 10 days prior to arrival the balance is due together with a $200 security deposit. On receipt, access arrangements will be sent. The standard check-out time is 2pm. Full terms and conditions will be emailed with quotes on enquiry.
