Only 1 1/2 hours from Melbourne, the Cottage is a comfortable one bedroom house with all the comforts to make your stay enjoyable, reverse cycle heating/cooling, queen size bed, 42" flat screen TV, leather lounge suite. Under cover parking.
The Cottage is located in the quiet streets of Dalyston which is 5 minutes from Wonthaggi and 5 minutes from Kilcunda's stunning views and beaches. It is also around 25 minutes to Philip Island and all the attractions.
You need to bring your own linen and towels for a queen size bed.

There is a fold out single bed mattress for a child to sleep on if needed.

Minimum stay weekends 2 nights
Peak period minimum stay is 3 nights
Payment Details
25% deposit is required to secure the booking
Balance of booking is required 28 days prior to booking
Full payment required if booking is less than 28 days prior to stay
Bond of $200 is required for stays 7 days and over
Current payment options - direct deposit and Visa through Paypal, please contact us if you need direct deposit details, paypal invoice will be sent separately.
CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION
Deposit is non refundable
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to booked start start date will be given full refund less deposit
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior stay will loose deposit plus 50% - 100% of balance unless accomodation can be filled.
No refunds will be made for early departure once the booking has commenced.
Owners reserve the right to refuse any booking.
