Inside is very spacious downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The lounge room has a large flat screen TV and DVD player with split system heating and cooling. The kitchen is modern with electric stove top and oven, microwave and a dishwasher. All of the bedrooms are upstairs and master bedroom has its own ensuite and a TV and DVD player. There is also a second bathroom upstairs with a bath and a shower with a separate toilet. Downstairs there is a third toilet and hand basin. Outside there is a small yard that is fully enclosed for your own privacy with outdoor setting and BBQ. The garage is available for guests to use. There is enough parking for up to 3 cars this is the only townhouse in the complex that can park up to 3 cars!
