 This stunning home is located on the foreshore at surf beach, facing the sand dunes it is a beautifully presented home.  The main living area is upstairs with the lounge area up a few internal stairs.  It is comfortable with plenty of sofas and a large flat screen TV and DVD player.  The dining table is in front of the large floor to ceiling windows that look out on to the deck, the deck is accessed through sliding doors.  The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric cooking a microwave and dishwasher, there is a second deck off the kitchen that has the BBQ and outdoor setting and views to Churchill Island.  The main bedroom is on this level with an ensuite. 
There is a second living room downstairs with a second TV, there are some internal stairs in the second living area.  The remaining bedrooms and family bathroom are here, the laundry is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.  
There is ample off street parking with room in the open garage for two cars and the property is fully fenced.  There is a nice grassy area at the rear and a third deck.
This is a special home perfect for your next family holiday or weekend getaway.
