This spacious, second floor unit is just 100 metres from Nelson Bay shops, cafes, marina and the beach. A great base explore Port Stephens. There are three bedrooms (queen bed, two single beds and a tri bunk), main bathroom and ensuite, an open plan living/dining area with TV, DVD player and kitchen with microwave, cooktop, oven and dishwasher. Sit back and enjoy a BBQ on the balcony and watch the boats pass by. There is also an internal laundry with dryer and a double lock up garage (park the car and walk to everything). Personal linen is not provided but can be hired (pillow cases, sheets and towels), refer to booking registration on website. This property has a security deposit which must be finalised on arrival as well as the completion of our guest registration form located on our website and confirmation email.
