Ventnor Beach is a Bay Beach but it is interesting with rocky outcrops as well as flat stretches of sandy beach. Ventnor is only a short drive into Cowes and has easy access to Penguin Parade and Grand Prix Circuit. The house has elevated living with a great deck accessed from sliding dooors from the lounge, the main lounge is upstairs with open plan living, dining and kitchen and it is sunny and clean there is a TV and DVD player, there is a split system heating and cooling system in this area. The dining table is a central feature and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. The kitchen has electic cooking and a microwave. There are lots of salad bowls and platters perfecr for Summer BBQ's. The two single bedrooms are upstairs as well as the family bathroom. Downstairs are the other two queen bedrooms one iof them with an ensuite that has a large spa bath. There is a second lving area also with a TV comfortable sofas and a pool table, there is access to the back garden via sliding doors from this room and one of the queen bedrooms. The back garden is fully fenced and there is a large carport out the front with room for 2 cars, there is ample off street parking and plenty of room for a boat or watercraft.
