Beach Heaven in situated opposite a beautiful bushland reserve which backs onto the National Park, it is a short flat stroll to the Patrolled Pambula Beach. Pambula Beach is a 15 minute drive from Eden and a 10 minute drive from Merimbula.
After the morning at the Beach it is time to relax on the spacious deck while enjoying afternoon drinks. The deck is also fitted with a barbeque and outdoor setting. There is plenty of backyard space for the kids to play and is fully fenced. All beds are as new, doonas, blankets and pillows are supplied. Undercover parking for the car/boat. The home has been recently refurbished with new floorboards, a brand new kitchen and repainting throughout.
Pambula Beach is surrounded by National Park and the wildlife is remarkable. There are large numbers of Kangaroos and an enormous amount of Birds all varieties. It is a common thing to have kangaroos grazing and sleeping on the front lawn.
From Beach Heaven it is only a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Merimbula Golf Club and Just a little further down the road to the airport. The Pambula River is a 2 minute drive where all watersports are enjoyed. There are numerous walking and cycling tracks from Pambula Beach to Merimbula.
The Surf Beach is a flat 5 minute walk from the house and is patrolled during the summer months. A Surfing School operates daily at the beach.
