The R & R Ranch will give you the feeling of being in the mountains of Colorado with its expansive spaces and exquisite wood build, all the while being just 2 minutes to quaint village of Bangalow and 10 minutes to vibrant surf town Byron Bay in the Northern Rivers of Australia. A long driveway will take you down to the home which offers complete privacy and a lovely rural view of the ridgeline in the distance.
The beautifully constructed 1 year old home comprises of 4 connected pavilions offering peace, quiet and privacy even for larger family groups. The main part of the home, The Great Room, has an enormous living area with an 8 meter ceiling and oversized plush couch taking in the stone floor to ceiling fireplace and the stunning rural views beyond the deck. Gorgeous honey toned blackbutt floors offset the giant kwilah timber framed sliding doors which open seamlessly from the lounge to the deck with comfortable outdoor setting, fire pit and fans above. The open plan kitchen has everything you could ask for and more with integrated Bosch dishwasher; Meile wine cooler; Meile refrigerator/freezers; AEG steam oven; Ilve 90cm wide oven; Ilve professional series stovetop with hood; Miele microwave and 2 large ceaserstone islands offering ample food preparation areas and 6 barstools for dining. A butlers pantry off the main kitchen offers a second dishwasher and fridge/freezer perfect for catered events and large families. A chic hotel style powder room and an enclosable study with built in library complete the space.
The far left pavilion comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The expansive master bedroom has a California King bed and a gas fireplace that you can look thru to the ensuite that you will love. The creamy travertine ensuite boasts a gorgeous spa bath with its own TV, bifold doors that open up to the deck, beautiful mosaic feature tiles and some of the best views in the house. The giant shower has room for the whole family, with two shower heads and built in rainfall spout and 4 spray jets in the walls. A very generous walk in robe with dark wood built ins and center island with seating has plenty of his-and-her storage space. The bedroom pavilion also has a Queen ensuited room and 2 other Queen rooms, one of which can be split into 2 Single beds if required.
Situated in the middle pavilion is a stylish masculine rec room with built-in bar area, full sized pool table, bar and wine refrigerator, comfortable leather lounges and movie screen equiped with 3D viewing and latest Xbox technology. The built in bar has a unique lodge feel with an antler chandelier, stone water feature, and window that allows service out to pool area. Giant sliding timber framed doors lead out to the unbelievable 25 metre, 2.3 metre deep lap swimming pool, which is connected to a 5 by 8 metre leisure pool and custom built 8 person spa with waterfall into the main pool.
In the far pavilion is the immaculate Guest House. This has 2 bedrooms, one King and one 4 single bunks and 1 bathroom. The Guest Wing has its own equipped kitchen and lounge space, and outdoor timber deck.
Each of the 4 pavilions has separate air condition units. All bedrooms as well as the outside decks have ceiling fans.
Only the best brands have been installed at the R & R Ranch. There is top of the line fully home integrated audio visual system thats iPad enabled with the ability to choose your room and music source. It has 7 channel surround sound in the two main rooms and is also integrated stereo in Master bedroom its ensuite, the guest bedroom, guest house, rec room, great room and the outside deck. There is a front road gate monitor for security, Austar satellite, Phonograph, Blue Ray/3d DVD player and 2.5 meter projector screen.

New Years: $15,500 (7 night minimum)
Christmas: $14,500 (7 night minimum)
January & Easter: $13,500 (7 night minimum)
School Holidays (except for Winter holidays): $2,000 per night $12,500 per week (5 night minimum)
Splendor in the Grass & Long Weekends $2,000 per night (4 night minimum)
High season: September November & February May $1,750 per night or $10,500 per week (3 night minimum)
Low Season: June August $1,550 per night or $9,000 per week (3 night minimum)
There will be an additional $450 cleaning fee for all bookings.
