Great place to stay. Right in the city. Stayed for 2 weeks and loved it. Very large apartment for the city centre. Fantastic communication with owner. Very friendly. Will return in the future. :)

The service received was always exceptional from the first point of contact up until after we had departed. Friendly, understanding and genuine hospitality has made this an accommodation I would definitely recommend. The location of the apartment is ideal with public transport right at the doorstep as well as a taxi rank. It is also conveniently located within the shopping district and everything is within an easy walk. The accommodation itself was very clean and well presented. Thank you for a great memorable stay.

Very surprised with accommodation. As listed, everything was described and presented down to a tee. Located in the heart of the City and close to Rundle Mall, this Penthouse is ideally located within the City Centre. Would highly recommend the City Central Penthouse if you are looking for a comfortable,clean,and very well presented accommodation with very reasonable nightly rates. The Accommodation Manager was very helpful with all enquiries. Would definitely book again if we every come over to Adelaide again.

City Central Penthouse was a very good apartment - it is certainly executive standard. The large balcony was great to sit in the cool nights. The kitchen is very large and equipped with everything even though we ate out mostly. There were many restaurants to choose from just downstairs and across the road in the mall. Plenty of room for all of six of us and plenty of bathrooms - none of the girls complained. The carpark is just in the basement and it is a large one compared to some of the others. The queen rooms were large and plenty of wardrobe space. It was very clean and it was great to come back to a comfortable apartment after a good night out. Our bookings and enquiries were done very efficiently and hassle free.

1101/39 Grenfell St is right in the CBD area, making it perfect for walking around the central area. Whereas some places are described loosely as being central when in fact they aren't - you can be assured that this apartment is 'very central'. The mall is a street away. Plenty of restaurants and wine bars are located nearby.
The apartment is safe and secure with coded access at the entrance to the block. The undercover allocated car bay accessed via McHenry St has enough room for a larger car, which is convenient as we had a 4WD.
The apartment itself is modern and contemporary, light and very spacious with opening windows and doors and a wrap around balcony on the second level of the apartment. The apartment was clean and with comfortable modern furnishings.
All instructions provided were very clear. Lyn, who manages the property met us on time, and all her communication with us via email was professional, clear and very prompt. This made booking and gaining access to the property hassle free. Our $200 bond was also refunded on the next available working day.
This is a highly recommended apartment. There were only three of us staying there, but this apartment can cope with large bookings - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living and dining area, 2 kitchens etc. The second level provides added privacy for larger groups. We also received a welcome basket as we had booked for 7 nights - so that was a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay in Adelaide. The apartment was more than what we expect. It was enough for 2 of our families and great value for us. The location is very convenient and in the middle of the city so everything is close by. The master bedrooms were spacious and the decor was very modern. Great place!

WOW! - What a fantastic place - better than the pictures. Everything was very modern with the new furnishings. The location was excellent - everything was at our door step including shopping and more shopping. We walked to most of the sites we wanted to see. The air conditioning was great after a long day site seeing, it felt like a grand hotel. Thank you to our host. We will definitely book again if in Adelaide.
