Mio Monte is an ideal couples retreat for those searching for something a little special.

Renovations were completed two years ago which have transformed the property. Decorated in a modern combination of crisp whites and "Melbourne browns", it provides a sophistocated, warm and inviting ambiance. A new fully equipped kitchen complete with coffee machine and some of the local areas gourmet products will await you.

The house makes use of lots of glass and the loft syle master bedroom is enormous and offers a King size bed and spectacular views over the vinyards of Pooles Rock.

Mio Monte offers something a little different, our aim is to spoil you and make your time with us as romantic as the valley itself.

Location

Located in Broke - the "Polkolbin of Old", Mio Monte sits on 16 acres and overlooks the vinyards of Pooles Rock. It offers isolation, and peace and quiet to all who come to enjoy her.

The area of Broke - Fordwich now grows more Hunter grapes than any other area in the region and has loads of great cellar doors to try. It is also only 15 minutes from Pokolbin and 20 minutes to historic Wollombi.

To get there turn off the F3 at the Peats Ridge exit and follow the signs through Wollombi to Singleton via Broke. Mio Monte is 30 km from Wollombi township on your right hand side. If you get to the Broke Village Store you have gone too far. Turn around and travel back 2 kms.

Tariff

If booking for 2011 then rates will increase by $25 per night
WEEKEND and MIDWEEK RATES (2 nights)
The rate for 2 guests is $250 per night with a minimum 2 night stay.

ONE NIGHT ONLY BOOKINGS
One night only weekend bookings are available at a tariff of $500 per night.

WEEKLY RATES AND LONGER STAYS
Five to seven night stays are charged at $230 a night.

OTHER CHARGES
We require a $300 bond which is refunded when the check out report is complete (within 5 working days of your stay). A deposit of 50% of the total rate excluding the bond is required 2 working days after the booking is made to secure the booking.

Weekend Public Holiday bookings must be for a minimum of 3 night stays only. Easter is a 3-4 night stay. Christmas and New Year bookings are usually also a minimum of 3-4 nights depending on which day it falls on.
