A beautiful mountains timber home recently renovated (2012) and furnished to a high standard. It is perfect for a
summer or winter getaway and has a modern kitchen with all the mod cons and a large slow combustion fireplace in
the lounge.

Linen supplied - This includes doona's, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s) and tea towels.

Bathroom 3 - This is an ensuite in the cottage that is separate to the main house and has a shower, toilet and
combined laundry.

Well-equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven and gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster,sandwich maker and ample cutlery and crockery.

Large slow combustion fireplace and gas heaters throughout.
A basket of WOOD IS SUPPLIED for your conveinence, however after that you must arrange your own. Addititional wood can be arranged upon request (additional charge applies)

Advertised tariffs are "FROM" Rates and depend on the actual dates/no. of nights If arrival day is a Sunday, the Sunday rate is half the weekend daily rate,except bookings longer than 7 days. For midweek bookings (Mon-Thur) the minimum tariff is 3 nights 20% surcharge for school and public holidays
