Set amongst tranquil gardens filled with native bird-life, guests will love the easy proximity to stunning Mills Beach. Simply walk out the rear property gate and down a lovely private lane-way which meets the Belluera Hill walkway to the beach. Take in magnificent, uninterrupted water views down to picturesque Mills Beach, Mornington.

Kalimna Retreat houses all new luxury bedding and furnishings. Styled with holiday relaxation and comfort in mind this 2 level property has ample space across 2 living areas and "three winged bedroom zones" to accommodate the privacy of 2-3 families. Designed in an L shape, the central focus is a large spacious sitting / living / dining space with luscious garden views. Parents can easily watch children playing on the front sloping hillside lawn while enjoying the back glassed fenced entertainers deck which overlooks another courtyard space and takes in water glimpses through the beach-side trees-cape.

All four bedrooms are spacious and accommodating.
