The Sabble Shak is a huge 4 bedroom beach house with 2 bathrooms and a spacious open plan living area. Situated on a large block with lockable under cover double parking. Great for a large families or a few families to share.

The house is fitted with 2 PLASMA TV's which are both connected to cable TV - FOXTEL PLATINUM packages!!

Kitchen is fully self-contained with all the new modern conveniences. There are also 3 air-conditioners, 2 DVD's, 2 full size fridges and loads of space in between.

The house accomodates 10 people;
BEDROOM 1 = 1 queen size bed
BEDROOM 2 = 1 queen size bed & 1 set of bunks
BEDROOM 3 = 1 queen size bed & 1 baby's cot
BEDROOM 4 = 1 double bed

All linen is provided, bedding including 2 towels per person.

Wii console along with a few games are also provide.

The house is located in Capel Ave, Rosebud West Melway Ref. 169 H2. Less than 2 minute walk to the beach with a selection of Restaurants. There is a Newsagency/store, bottle shop, milk bar, clothes shop, craft shop etc. It's only a five minute drive to the Plaza and available all year round.

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for the next guests.

To secure your booking, we require a deposit and the remaining payment is due 14 days prior to your booking date. Keys to the house will then be posted out.
