ACCOMMODATION; comprises 1 bedroom, spacious open plan lounge/dining with floor to ceiling sliding doors leading to an entertaining courtyard with barbecue, state of the art kitchen with Caesarstone bench tops and gas BOSCH cooking, chic designer bathroom, built-in robes, internal laundry and bedroom facing a leafy quiet street. I'm located on the 3rd floor of a security block, when you enter my apartment front door you go down one level of stairs to the main living level.
TRANSPORT; Airports (Domestic & International) are a $20-25 cab ride. Sydney CBD it's really easy to access as you can always catch a cab or public bus transport on Elizabeth Street, it's a $10-15 cab ride, . As for train, Green Square Train Station is a quick 5 minute walk away.
PARKING; the complex has a security underground car park with visitors car park spaces or alternatively there is street parking (I use the street and never find it hard to find a park).
POOL; You won’t need to go far to relax when you can laze by the serene pool on site on one of the sun lounges.
ADDED EXTRA'S: Fast WI-FI. I've created for my guests an In House Visitors Directory which has loads of suggestions on things to do ie. Best restaurants, bars, supermarkets, car hire, public transport etc. I've also have the local guide books for Waterloo, Surry Hills, Paddington,Woollahra, Glebe which are packed full of information. Bathroom also comes with hairdryer and hair straightners.
