Only 500 metres to Rye front beach and within a 10 minute walk of Rye centre and all it has to offer. Let the children swim in the safe front beaches or search the rock pools of the back beaches. There is scuba diving, dolphin swims, golf, art and craft markets, national parks, historical sites and buildings, glorious views, superb wineries, local restaurants and hotels and magical hot springs!

All professionally laundered crisp bedlinen and towels are provided.

There is a kitchen benchtop overlooking the garden, just the spot to enjoy your breakfast. The cosy lounge has an open fire for winter stays and has a reverse cycle airconditioner/heater for the hotter months. It includes a TV, DVD, VCR, CD Player. There's no need to bring a thing as the bookcase is full of novels, Videos, DVD's, magazines, games, jigsaws and a choice of music to listen to and plenty of films for the kids to watch.

We have an open fire with enough logs to keep you cosy during winter.

The bathroom has been equipped with a deep spa bath and overhead shower. Light the scented candles and relax in the warm surroundings.

Outside entertain the family with a gas bbq and outdoor eating area while the kids play on the swing or in the sandpit or take a picnic to the beach, we have a huge picnic basket and rug for you to use.

and for the kids or the pets...

With polished boards throughout it is very child friendly with a large toy box full of games, books, videos and outside a sand pit and play equipement, and various lawn games including cricket, boule, football and badminton rackets and net. There are even buckets and spades for the kids to take to the beach.

There is a portacot and high chair available.

The large flat block is fully fenced both at front and back, wonderfully safe for little adventurers.

We can even accommodate family pets with a new secure fencing and a kennel for your use, its a pets paradise too.
