Perth has some of the most pristine coastline in the world...and Beachfront Palms is located smack-bang in the middle of it! Locals call it the 'Sunset Coast', and you'll soon see why! Located between Scarborough and Cottesloe in a quiet suburb, City Beach was recently voted Perth's Best Beach.

Beachfront Palms is only 12 kilometres to the CBD and less than 200 metres to the beach - a bus stop at the front door, and a gate out the back to the beach path!

The Accommodation

Recently renovated and redecorated, the accommodation is a spacious 2nd storey to a family home in City Beach, a quiet suburb between Scarborough and Cottesloe.

Breathtaking ocean and sunset views from the bedroom, open-plan lounge and dining, and a large balcony.


Sleeping Areas

A queen-size bedroom, with a single bed in the living area (ideal for 2 or 3 people).


Living Areas

The open-plan lounge and dining area has a comfortable sofa with a television, dvd and stereo, and wooden tables. Both areas have sliding doors out onto a large balcony, and fantastic ocean views. Tere is reverse-cycle air-conditioning for your comfort in all seasons.

The compact kitchen is fully self-contained, and a continental breakfast is available on request.

The bathroom completes this very appealing holiday retreat.

Laundry facilities are available.


The Outdoors

The large deck with table and chairs has views through the palms and over the sand dunes to the beach a mere 200m away. Ideal for summer meals. Guests are welcome to use the barbecue and swimming pool below the deck.
