Description
Located, 7 Shell Drive, just behind the foreshore out of the wind yet only a 2 minute walk and you are at the beach. Only a few steps to the reef, a great spot for collecting shells and spotting crabs. It is also a short distance to a walking track, ideal for taking refreshing walks and taking in the idyllic scenery with plenty of space for children to explore.
Blue Fin is a brand new home with ducted reverse cycle airconditioning through out and a great back deck for sitting back with fresh seafood and wine. Ensuite in main bedroom with WIR and a sliding door leading out to the deck. Two LCD televisions in bedroom 1,3 and a large plasma in living room with stereo and ipod jack. Nintendo Wii, games, DVDs and ipod supplied. All taps are flick mixers through out and quality fixtures finish this house off to a high standard. Kitchen looks out over front yard. A coffee machine and many other appliances make this almost a gourmet kitchen.
Very sheltered area to relax and unwind. Plenty of parking for the largest of boats and cars. With rainwater and power for flushing motors and boats, with the bonus of a sink at the rear of the shed for cleaning your daily prized catches.
The Blue Fin name was decided on due to the large amount of gamefishing landing Bluefin tuna and albacore. Port MacDonnell also has a large crayfishing fleet, with fishing charters available, and factories that sell fresh seafood to the public. Several other eateries including fish and chip shops, local hotel and Periwinkles Cafe on the foreshore or you are just a short 20 minute drive to Mount Gambier, The Blue Lake City, where there are Metro style cafes and eateries. While in the heart of the City take a wander in the beautiful gardens, sink holes and caves or in the state of the art Library or our recently finished Main Corner where you can find out the history of the area.
Terrific house built for long lasting holiday memories. Plenty of room for the kids to kick the footy, ride their bikes or fly a kite or run without a care in the world. For the wet days there are plenty of board gamescards, Wii or DVDs that they can watch in their own room. For the Adults it is quiet enough to read a bookmagazine or drink a couple of glasses of wine (or 2) while solving the problems of the world.
Complimentary coffee, tea & sugar and few other amenities to get you out of trouble and a Breakfast Hamper for your first morning with a complimentary bottle of wine also provided.
