This unique little house is located on the Southside of Evans Head on and elevated block overlooking the river. It is only a short drive to Chainman’s Beach and Razorback lookout. You can relax on the deck and enjoy the views of the river or stay inside and keep cool with the reverse cycle air conditioner while downstairs you can open 2 large glass sliding doors and enjoy the breeze. Access to the house is through the remote garage door so you will feel safe and secure. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need. You can settle back in the sunroom and enjoy the piece and quite while the kids are downstairs watching the 3D flat screen TV.
