Located in the heart of the Old Torquay Area, this property is ideal for large families or shared accomodation for 2 or more families. 500 metres from both the famous front and back beaches of torquay and 100 metres from the resturants and cafes of Bell Street makes it suitable for all age groups.

Family friendly with 4 bedrooms within the house and a 2 room bungalo in the back yard, with its own toilet and shower, the house also boasts both a large front yard and even larger back yard, fully enclosed with high fence and gates.
