Description

Originally built in Hampton in 1919, this large 4 bedroom home was relocated to Cape Woolamai in 2003. It is situated about 400 metres from the swimming beach and about the the same to local shops. Cape Woolamai is within easy reach of all attractions on the Island including the Motorcycle Grand Prix Circuit and the penguin nature park. The home is available from December 2004 onwards.

This extremely comfortable house has been fully restored to its former glory and is now available for holiday rental and short breaks. The house is equipped with all modern appliances.Nearly all furniture is new or as new. Reverse cycle heating/cooling plus a "coal effect" gas open fire take care of all seasons.There are large shady verandahs at both front and rear. The property is completely enclosed with picket gates at the front.

The home features high ceilings, polished floors, open fireplaces and many other period features. It has been renovated with all year round stays in mind. Imagine sitting next to an open fire in winter, wine in hand with the sound of the surf in the backgound!Or, alternatively, entertaining on a summers evening on the rear deck.

There are 4 bedrooms in total- 2 queen size, a double and a fourth room with bunkbeds. There are two large living areas opening on to the rear verandah. An outdoor setting and BBQ are included for those warm summer days.The large living space and very quiet street setting will also suit families of all ages.
