Description

Situated at the border of Leichhardt and Annandale, Styles House offers easy walking access to both the family friendly village of Annandale and the vibrant centre of Little Italy at Norton Street Leichhardt, with is cafes, restaurants, cinema and the Italian Forum. Nearby parks and nature walks within the Leichhart Municipality in both Annandale and Leichhardt, make this area both child and dog friendly.

Styles House is a typcial two bedroom house of the local area, recently renovated to offer comfortable and stylish accommodation within a friendly established community.

Internally, the main living area has a combined lounge and dining room with seating for six. A TV, DVD and VCR are provided as well as a music system.

The kitchen is fuly equipped with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The shower and toilet are separate, with both having underfloor heating and the bathroom also contains a heated towel rail.

The laundry is separate with full facilities with a washing machine and dryer as well as well as full ironing facilitiesand laundry tub.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second bedroom/study has a soffa bed when used as a bedroom, or it can be used as an office for those wisiting Sydney on business.
Externally, the backyard is a private , courtyard sized open air paved and planted area.

There is a clothes line available along the side pathway for those guests wishing to take advantage of fresh air drying.

Styles House is located close to transport, an easy walk to buses on Paramatta Rd or the Lilyfield tram station, both of which offer easy transport to the Sydney CBD or Darling Harbour, Exhibition Centre, Entertainment Centre and Star City Casino.

Alternately, Norton Street's, cafes, restaurants, cinema and the Italian Forum are a short five minute walk away.
