There is a bathroom on this level, with separate toilet, a laundry with washing machine and dryer and internal access to the double lock up garage and games room.
Upstairs the bay views will simply take your breath away. Enjoy these views from the master (queen with ensuite) and king bedroom, both have direct access to an upstairs balcony. Close to all local amenities including the seaside village of Mt Martha and Mornington and beaches, Mt Martha Golf course (2 minutes drive), Red Hill (10 minutes drive), Martha Cove (5 minutes drive) and Safety Beach (5 minutes drive) you will definitely find it hard to leave!
