Ground floor 2 bedroom flat with all the essentials for a relaxing holiday in this undeveloped seaside town.

You can relax in the cosy lounge area reflecting on the activities of the day. or prepare a well earned afternoon snack in the substantially equiped kitchen. That's as tough as the decisions get.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, writing desk, wardrobe. It's completed with quality linen, pillows, blanket and quilt.

The second bedroom has 2 single ensembles. These beds also have quality sheets, cotton blankets, pillow and quilt provided.

To complete the essentials is the bathroom area which has a shower, vanity wash tub and shelved storage area. The seperate toilet is accessed via this area.

check in available from 2pm check out is prior to 10am, unless by special arrangements.

If you would prefer to provide your own linen etc, a further discount of $25.00 on the weekly rate will be given.

Additional information

For those flying into Coffs Harbour which is serviced by both Qantas and Virgin Blue flights the drive south is approximately 40 minutes. Nambucca Heads has interstate coaches passing through daily, and also 3 XPT trains from Sydney, 1 daily from each of Brisbane, Casino and Grafton.

For the more adventurous, the Nambucca Valley has some wonderful State Forests with picnic areas and also National Parks to visit for those who love going bush with their 4WD.

Points of interest regarding the property:

The flat is underneath the owner's perminant residence. The back portion of the property is fully fenced off and contains the owners playful pet Labrador dog.
