Description

This fully air conditioned apartment is on the 2nd floor, and is very close to transport and King Street (approximately 5 minutes walk), which is known for its multi cultural restaurants, cafes and shops. Newtown is 10 -15 minutes by bus from the Sydney CBD.

The apartment has been finished by an interior designer and offers stylish yet comfortable accommodation. The main living area has a spacious combined lounge and dining area with a table for 6 persons, TV/DVD, double sofa bed and sound system. There is a north facing balcony off the living area which looks to the gardens and the square.

The unit has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed, and a king size which can split into 2 singles, 2 full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, full oven and cook top, as well as its own fully equipped laundry, with washer and dryer.

This apartment will accommodate up to 6 guests and is also available as 1 bedroom apartment. Quality linen is supplied. The apartment has a separate lock up garage available. Longer stays preferred.

Location

The apartment is just moments away from King Street, Newtown, known for its restaurants, cafes and interesting shops, The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Sydney University. Its a short walk to Newtown or MacDonaldtown
train stations and buses to the Sydney CBD depart from just nearby. The CBD is approx. 4 kms from Newtown.

Sydney CBD, Circular Quay and Darling Harbour are all within easy reach of the Newtown area. Sydney Airport approximately 20 minutes.

  • "The Elms apartment is very comfortable, clean and modern and is spacious for two couples or a family. The apartment is nicely furnished, provides full linen and towells and it is great to have access to a full kitchen and laundry. The apartment is in a very quiet one way street. The location is fantastic - a 5 min walk to the main street (King St) in Newtown which has endless cafes and restaurants and is only a short train ride to the centre of Sydney CBD. There is a also a nice park around the corner from the apartment - great for kids or for exercising. We will definitely be staying at the apartment again."

  • "We wish to let you know how very pleased we were with The Elms Flat.Having arrived at 8-30am after a long flight from Scotland it was a Big relief to see the Flat was just as it said on the Internet,Infact it was more spacious than we thought,with all the comforts of home.Colleen met us at the flat on our arrival and was very helpfull.We plan to go back to Sidney in the future and would most definitely book again.Plenty buses and trains into Sidney.We spent a month there and could have stayed longer.
