Vinson House

The magnificent Vinson House is conveniently located to the beach and all facilities. Located close to Jervis Bay it is an easy two and a half an hour drive to Sydney and three hours to Canberra.

This home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms with a number of separate entertaining areas that provides plenty of room to spread out and relax. The layout of the house with two bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms down stairs will sleep up to ten people and could comfortably accommodate two families. The house has been furnished immaculately and includes a gourmet kitchen.

There are outstanding views of Jervis Bay from the master bedroom and deck at the rear of the house that provides a restful ambience for barbecues and entertaining. Beautiful King parrots and cockatoos may visit as you enjoy a cool drink and watch the sunset after your activities for the day.

You will be close to a range of facilities with the beach, boat ramp and shopping centre and restaurants that cater for most cuisines are within a comfortable walking distance. An indoor heated swimming pool and gymnasium complex is close by. Naturally, you could make use of the outdoor sport and recreation facilities on offer that includes fishing, surfing, golf or outstanding scuba diving in the pristine Marine Park.

Local attractions include Hyam’s Beach, boasting the whitest sands in the world, is only a short drive from the house. Alternatively, you could take a cruise on Jervis Bay and visit the Maritime and Air Museums. For longer stays you may wish to visit Berry or Kangaroo Valley to shop for antiques and enjoy lunch in a country hotel.

Booking Conditions
To secure a booking we require a 50% deposit within 4 working days of booking being made with the remainder of the tariff due and payable 14 day prior to your stay.

If booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to stay - deposit is forfeited.

If booking is cancelled with less than 30 days notice, 100% of tariff is due and payable.

No shows will not receive a refund of any monies.

This property does not accept pets in or on the porperty and any guest found with pets will have their tenancy cancelled and a refund of money will not be issued.
