Amazing view of the sea and Kapiti Island. Spectacular sunsets to be watched from the living room, main bedroom and deck.

Located on popular Marine Parade, it is a short 3 minute walk to Paraparumu Beach township, children's park, Saturday morning markets and the famous Paraparumu Golf Club.

The house has been freshly renovated and beautifully decorated with a modern French Country beachy look.

This warm, comfortable home with all day sun will instantly compel you to relax, unwind and enjoy the gorgeous beach surroundings.

Top floor main bedroom has sea views and can be opened up to the living room in a studio apartment style, or it can be closed off with bi-fold doors for more privacy. Two double bedrooms downstairs - all three bedrooms have Queen sized beds. All linen and towels provided. We also have available a fold-out bed and mattress in the wardrobe for any extra guests.

There are two separate bathrooms (no en-suites) - one large bathroom upstairs with shower and toilet, and a smaller bathroom downstairs with shower and toilet.

Feel free to use the Kayak for a paddle in the sea just across the road. You can also collect pipis on a low-tide for supper.

Great outdoor decking and furniture for BBQs, relaxing and sunbathing.

Sky TV and My Sky available, DVD player and stereo.

Parking for two vehicles on the property, car park just across the road for extra cars.

There are two cats, ("Gato" fluffy grey cat and "Big Papa" tabby cat) they're a bit shy so you probably wont see too much of them, but the neighbor will be feeding and looking after them. If they do come into the house please just usher them out.

Due to cleaning costs we will now only be taking a minimum of two nights per booking.
