The Injidup Surf Shack is a unique, back to basics holiday home with some of the best views on the Cape.
Superb 180 degree ocean views, beautiful deck, peaceful bush setting, cooled by afternoon sea breezes...
The Shack can sleep up to six (1 King Bed, 1 Double Day Bed and 2 Single Beds) and is all open plan (ie there are no separate bedrooms). The Shack is divided into three main sections - living, sleeping and bathroom (outdoor shower also).
Secluded beaches provide the best swimming, surfing, fishing and snorkeling, just a minute (by car) down the road from the Shack. Relaxing outings to wineries, galleries and restaurants are just a short drive away.
Escape from the bustling crowds and leave on a natural high at the end of your stay!
NB. This property is not suitable for leavers or last minute bookings, minimum 10 days notice required and a minimum two night stay applies.
You need JavaScript enabled to select dates on the property calendar. A booking/enquiry can still be made via the "Request a booking or make an enquiry" form.
If you think this place looks good online, it is way way better in person. When we first arrived, we were completely blown away by the view of the Indian Ocean and the complete privacy of the shack. It is extremely comfortable, has everything you could possibly need, and is simply one of the most magical places we've stayed in the world. Will definitely be back one day.

What an amazing place,we traveled all the way from Brisbane just to get away from it all and the Beach Shack didn't disappoint! We had a fantastic time without any T.V or telephones and the 180 degree views were just spectacular. Will definitely recommend to all of our friends in Queensland if they need to get away and find themselves again. Thank you for the memories!

If you could draw two parallels between the perfect Canadian rustic home away from home and the same in Australia, this place would be it for WA. What we saw online couldn't really do it justice. The Surf Shack is a true cottage/cabin nestled in the wilderness - a place to hide out, watch mother nature do her thing, read and relax. Also, a fantastic place to come back to and wind down after a day of surfing the waves or the local wineries...

Wonderful romantic getaway. Great views and surroundings. It is very open plan so not a place for a large group but best ever holiday for a couple.

Absolutely fantastic holiday destination to get away from it all. Spent the afternoons drinking wine on the huge deck area, scanning the ocean and spotting whales. Each morning we went to the beautiful beach and spent the days touring wineries. The perfect place to propose to my beautiful fiancee. Wonderful and highly recommended!!

What an exquisite spot. We had a terrific stay in this unique property. The beach, the amazing view, the bbq, the outdoor area, the big bed, the limited to no phone coverage and no TV, all simply perfect. For those that like the environment and would like to camp in the outdoors but prefer a roof over their head, a shower and a toilet...this is it and its positively private and a true experience. Thanks to the owners and caretakers, we loved our stay. Vicki, Dave, Lynn, Glenn and the 2 kids xxx

We had a very relaxing time being hidden away from the world. Walked to the beach but mainly enjoyed the beautiful view - we even saw lots of whales migrating down the coast! The shack had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We hope to return soon.

Absolutely loved this place! We had other things organised in Margaret River to do but cancelled them all to stay on this property for as long as possible. Very romantic ;-)

Great little place, fantastic location. Really cute, and it was nice to get away from the TV, Laptop and Mobile for a while. The games were great fun at night, aided by a bottle of wine of course.

We really loved this place! Not for everyone as the visitors book revealed ie. some were not prepared for the isolation and lack of TV. But watching the storms zig zag landwards across the ocean and experiencing their force was hugely memorable. The owners/managers were not intrusive, but available by phone if required.

Fantastic views!! Unfortunately we were unable to make use of the bbq and deck area due bad weather, but the log fire was beaut! One piece of advice - take plenty of food provisions with you as the local shop - '10 mins'- away is very basic and it's a bit of a drag to have to drive to Dunsborough. Once at the shack you want to stay and make the most of it

We loved our time at the shack. It is so peaceful and quiet and the views are stunning. The shack is a piece of art work in itself with it's quirky little features and stone work and the giant bed. We will be back.
