Sleeping up to 13 people this beautiful AAA rated 4 star villa property is built into the ridge above Terrigal. It has been renovated with the breezy coastal enviroment in mind. With touches of Mediterranean hues, the interior has been white-washed for a clean fresh feel.

For two people Casa Bay Vista is pure decadence, while for a group of friends, five bathrooms and plenty of space means you are assured of comfort and privacy when required. Set high on the hills surrounding Terrigal, the large deck has great ocean and bush views.

It is just two minutes by car to the centre of Terrigal and less than ten minutes to 8 different surf beaches, the Hoyts cinema and Erina Fair shopping centre with 3 supermarkets, Myers, and Big W. There are lots of walks, galleries and 40 cafes and restaurants in the Terrigal/Avoca area.

Accommodation

Four queen bedrooms have solid wooden beds, built-in wardrobes and ensuites, while the one double bedroom and a sixth garden room, with a queen bed, have access to a seperate bathroom/laundry.

White-washed and light-filled, each room has a feature wall of terracotta, olive green or deep-sea-blue. The terracotta ensuites are very romantic, two containing double corner spas and two with ensuite dual showers.

The spacious lounge and dining area is decked out with black leather lounges, quality teak furniture and plasma TV, VCR , DVD and stereo system.

A fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, stainless-steel electric oven and cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, & coffee-maker. New Ceasar stone bench tops and splash backs. From the sunroom which has a woodburing fire, step onto the deck where you can catch the ocean breeze, soak in the sun and switch on the barbecue.

Facilities and Attractions

Casa Bay Vista can book local massage therapists for hands-on relaxation with aromatic oils.

Terrigal's 40 restaurants and cafes are just a few minutes away. Some will deliver to the beach house, and three will do complimentary transfers.

The Wamberal "Breakers Golf and Country" Club and Avoca Bowling Club also have a complimentary bus transfer service for groups.

During the summer the mango tree is loaded with fruit and guests are welcome to help themselves.

Beaches within 10 minutes are Terrigal, Avoca, Wamberal, Forresters, MacMasters, Copacabana, Shelley, Towoon Bay, Blue Bay.

Erina Fair Shopping centre, Hoyts 8-cinema complex and an Ice-skating rink are 5 minutes drive away.
