Edgewater Terraces at Metung on the Gippsland Lakes. 'Your private terrace by the Lakes'. Enjoy the ambience of a small fishing village, surrounded by sailing boats and fishing boats bobbing gently at their moorings.

Regular visitors to Edgewater Terraces say it is a charming place to stay all year round; in winter you can just sit by the log fire and read a book, wander in to Metung Village along the boardwalk, or dine at the nearby restaurants or the waterfront hotel. You don't have to do anything or go anywhere, just enjoy the tranquillity.

The Terraces

Edgewater Terraces comprises thirteen elegant Terrace Houses. Surrounded by tall gums, they rise out of the garden setting on the hillside and look down onto Chinaman's Creek as it enters Bancroft Bay.

Some of the Terraces are virtually three storeys high and there is a sense of living in the treetops, because of the rich variety of birdlife.

All Terraces are totally self contained and extremely well equipped. All linen and towelling is provided. The upstairs bedrooms open out on to a balcony as does the living room downstairs allowing guests the opportunity to take in the seaside and bushland atmosphere.

The 3 BR Luxury Terraces are recently completed and beautifully appointed with all the luxury and care you are accustomed to. One has a King sized bedroom with its own ensuite another has an outdoor entertainment area on the rear deck. These terraces sleep 6, 7 or 8 with differing bedroom configurations, depending on the guests requirements. Each has its own BBQ.

Facilities

Guests at Edgewater Terraces have full use of the salt water, solar heated pool and an enclosed indoor heated spa within the large grounds also 2 communal BBQ's; they also have complimentary use of the Metung tennis court.
