BEACHCOMBER is a SPOTLESSLY clean modern beach house with LUXURIOUS resort style cane furniture. Enjoy the beachfront views from the balcony or a movie from the extensive video library on the large screen PLASMA TV upstairs or second TV in the FAMILY AREA downstairs.

COOK up a gourmet meal in the fully appointed kitchen with MIELE dishwasher, new EUROPEAN APPLIANCES or the outdoor BBQ. There is even FILTERED WATER on tap.

Don't feel like cooking? No problem! Stroll 50m to the famous FLYING FISH CAFE, enjoy a bistro meal at the PORT ELLIOT HOTEL, have fish and chips on the beach, or sample the delights of the many cafes, coffee shops and take away shops in PORT ELLIOT.

At BEACHCOMBER there is also r/c airconditioning, 2 TV's (both big screen, one plasma), 2 DVD/Video players and an extensive Video Library.

With 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms Beachcomber accommodates 6 guests. There are TWO QUEEN ROOMS, ONE TWIN ROOM (that can be converted to a KING on request (small charge applies) and all linen is supplied. This includes professionally laundered starched sheets and pillowcases and king sized fuffy towels.

All of the beds at Beachcomber are quality ensembles (mattress and base), there are NO bunk beds.

The beds in the twin bedroom can also be converted into a KING sized bed to accommodate a THIRD COUPLE if desired.

Beachcomber also has a FULLY ENCLOSED BACKYARD with a quality outdoor setting for casual meals and BBQ's. It is safer for children and/or pets as the backyard is secure with an additional feature of UNDERCOVER OFF STREET PARKING.

This lovely beachfront property is PET FRIENDLY-conditions apply. Please note: we are unable to accommodate pets during the summer school holidays due to an agreement with neighbours.

Beachcomber is SPOTLESSLY CLEAN as our staff professionally service our homes between all bookings. As we own our beach houses WE PERSONALLY GUARANTEE the standard of accommodation we offer. We take pride in what we do.

We are also ACCREDITED BY TOURISM AUSTRALIA, this is your further guarantee of COMFORT, CLEANLINESS AND QUALITY accommodation.

All PROFESSIONALLY LAUNDERED bedroom, bathroom and kitchen LINEN is supplied for each booking. This includes quilt covers, starched sheets & pillow cases, mattress and pillow protectors, fluffy king sized bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. The mattress and pillow protectors are also changed between every booking.

All of the beds have quality dunas/duvets/quilts.

A PORT A COT and a FIXED STAIR GATE is also available at Beachcomber for the little one in your family.

Beachcomber is situated in the popular township of Port Elliot. Just cross the road for DIRECT BEACH ACCESS to the famous Horseshoe Bay. The Flying Fish restaurant, Cockle Train and the cafes and shopping of historic Port Elliot are only a short stroll away.

Port Elliot has excellent facilities with a supermarket, organic fruit and Veg shop, Gourmet butcher, famous Port Elliot Bakery, post office, newsagent and hairdresser.

Beachcomber is only a one hour drive from the ADELAIDE GPO, Adelaide Airport or the KANGAROO ISLAND Ferry Service.

SPECIALS

The best way to obtain special prices for the homes that we own and operate is to enquire through our direct Encounter Holiday Rentals web site and NOT through Stayz. This is beacuse any enquiry through Stayz that becomes a booking incurs an advertising fee of $16.00 per night which we have to pay to Stayz.

So by visiting our direct web site and communicating with us directly you are able to obtain pricing without any third party advertising fee.

Pricing starts from just $450.00 for an off peak ROMANTIC GET A WAY. All incl for two nights- Two Guests twin share, including linen, wine & chocolates.

Pet stays add $25.00 per pet.

(Please note: A baby under two using our port a cot in your bedroom stays free of charge. If two bedrooms are required for your romantic stay an additional charge applies). Romantic specials are generally subject to seasonal availability.

SECURITY BOND
